By accessing or using the Padel Ladder App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the app, you must create an account using either your Google or Apple login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Rules of Conduct

• You agree not to misuse the app or disrupt other users.
• All ladder challenges and match results must be conducted and recorded fairly.
• The leaderboard rankings will be determined solely based on the app's scoring logic.
• Any malicious or inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Ladder Administration

Ladder administrators have the right to manage ladders, including moderating players, removing users, and deleting ladders. As a user, you agree to abide by decisions made by ladder administrators.

5. Match Results

All match results must be submitted accurately and in good faith. Dishonest reporting of results or falsifying data is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties, including account termination.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of Access (Article 15) - You can request a copy of your personal data.
• Right to Rectification (Article 16) - You can update or correct your personal data through the app settings.
• Right to Erasure (Article 17) - You can delete your account and personal data through the app or by contacting us.
• Right to Data Portability (Article 20) - You can export your data in a machine-readable format (JSON) through the app.
• Right to Withdraw Consent - You can withdraw consent for optional data processing (e.g., push notifications) at any time.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

The Padel Ladder App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app. Your use of the app is entirely at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for behavior that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate or harmful to the app or its users.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. We will notify users of significant changes. By continuing to use the app after changes are made, you accept the updated Terms.
